Please contact us at: email@example.com to advise us that you would like to return your item.
All items must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery to receive a full refund. At present we do not offer free or prepaid returns and we would strongly advise that when you post the item(s) back to us that you use a tracked postal service as this will provide you with a tracking number and to make sure the item is returned safely back to us. Unfortunately any parcels lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund.
Any item that is returned to us must be in the same condition they were received and with the tags and labels still attached. Any item that has been stained or marked by Make-up, Lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund.
